The 6-foot-8 string bean has a bounce in his step. It’s easy to see how Klein has earned the nickname "Goof" from classmates. "Yeah, they call me that quite a bit," he said. "We’re a pretty close team. We goof around a lot. We hang out a lot, have fun, do stuff together. Xbox is pretty big around here." The buzz in the bleachers, filled with blue-and-black Titan faithful Saturday afternoon, was all about the Green Bay Packers. "What’s the score of the playoff game?" and "How many touchdowns has Brett Favre thrown?" were common questions. All of that talk was replaced by oohs and aahs, however, when Klein leapt high in the air to throw down two powerful dunks in pregame warmups and rejected five Gunnison shots during the game. Coal Ridge eventually lost 58-53 to the Cowboys.

Who are the champions of the world?
What started as a vague notion of highlighting efforts to progress social and environmental justice in the UK, seems to have somehow become a dynamic, growing, three-year-old fixture on the eco social calendar. It is equally thrilling and terrifying, especially when you look objectively at this year's rather stellar celebrity panel including one supermodel, one A-list actor, one pop star and one England footballer among its number. .
Business losers of 2007
But they'll probably wait before Centro gets even more desperate before making a bid so they can get its assets as cheaply as they can. Centro's debt-fuelled spending spree in the United States increased its funds under management to $26.6 billion from $11.5 billion in just 12 months. The group is considering selling some of its US investments - including Heritage Property Investment Management and New Plan Excel Realty Trust - to reduce its gearing. Chief executive Andrew Scott says the company is still solvent, at least until the February 15 refinancing deadline. Centro's collapse didn't help other listed property trusts, with the sector posting its biggest one-day fall since 1987. It wasn't global credit markets that caught Telstra boss Sol Trujillo short.

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- It was a remarkable moment when that staunch pillar of American media, Time Magazine, chose the entire population - "You" - as Person of the Year. While Time raises a shrine to grassroots news and culture - including explicit obeisance to the YouTube amateur video phenomenon, musical mash-ups (with no hand-wringing over copyright infringement), and the Wikipedia smorgasbord - the editor complemented their precedent-shattering announcement with a brave claim that they regarded the information horde as an enhancement rather than a challenge to their journalistic profession. 'When Internet companies boast they're worth tens of billions but own only a couple dozen millions in tangible assets, how much of this value is provided by customers?' "Yousers," to coin a phrase for those myriad contributors, may help to bulk up every business that depends on information, but they also force the painful exercise of new muscles.
